Meet Dr. Ernest Wang

Dr. Ernest L. Wang was born in New York City and raised in Edison, NJ. He received both his Bachelor’s and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees in the selective seven-year combined degree program at New York University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Dr. Wang spent an additional three years at the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery where he was awarded a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences.

Dr. Wang has earned the extraordinary distinction of achieving Diamond Top 1% Invisalign provider worldwide. Invisalign recognized Dr. Wang’s office based on his experience, knowledge and the number of cases successfully treated. The achievement is significant because less than 100 Invisalign providers worldwide have achieved Diamond Top 1%. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. Dr. Wang has been chosen by his peers as a Top Dentist in New Jersey Monthly Magazine, and also by parents as a Top Kids Doc in NJ Family Magazine.

Dr. Wang resides in Howell with his wife, Erin, son, Jason, daughter Lea and dog, Nacho. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and traveling.

Dr. JV Kracke, a proud New Jersey native, grew up along the Jersey Shore. He earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University School of Business before continuing his education at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors from the dental program and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He went on to complete his orthodontic residency at UPenn, serving as Chief Resident.

Having spent much of his childhood at the orthodontist, Dr. JV experienced firsthand how a smile can transform a life. Inspired by this, he pursued a career in orthodontics to help patients achieve the same confident, healthy smiles. He has also served as a part-time professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Villanova University and as a Clinical Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. JV is thrilled to return to the Jersey Shore to join the Wang Orthodontics team and now resides in Manasquan. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and relaxing at the beach with his wife, Kristianne, their daughters Noelle and Perri, and their golden retriever, Penny.
